What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, work email, company, role and message you give us, so that we can respond to your enquiry.

We also collect basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, which is used to keep the site secure and working properly.

03

How we use your data

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to operate and secure this website. Where you have asked to receive updates from us, we use your email address for that purpose until you tell us to stop.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

05

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to host this website, store enquiry records and send email on our behalf. They act on our instructions under contract. Some of these providers operate outside the UK, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK international data transfer agreement or adequacy regulations.

06

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry and manage any follow-up conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. We may keep information for longer where there is a complaint or a legal reason to do so.

07

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

08

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@laybl.app. We will respond within one month.

09
